Our team set out to rebrand and market G&S Group of Companies’ apartment blocks in Toronto’s St. James Town neighborhood, aiming to improve tenant turnover rates, tenant satisfaction scores, and overall rental revenue.

We proposed a complete repositioning strategy, introducing the apartment blocks as Wellesley Parliament Square. Alongside this, we implemented innovative asset improvement initiatives, such as the Resident Action Line, Tenant Satisfaction Program, and Rental Retention Program.
The rebranding and asset improvement efforts led to remarkable reductions in tenant turnover rates, significant improvements in tenant satisfaction scores, and substantial increases in overall rental revenue, resulting in a successful and thriving Wellesley Parliament Square
